FAQ’S
Where do you get your puppies from?
We get out puppies from some of the best breeders in the country. Some are licensed and certified some are local breeders. All of our breeders are family loving people that care about their puppies and the standard of the breed. You can be assured your puppy will be a loving family member that is truly a fine representation of the breed.
Do you really offer free lifetime training?
Yes getting a good looking healthy puppy doesn’t mean much if the new family member creates friction and destroys the home. That is why we insist on the new owner allowing us to help with the training. We have 2 animal behaviorists that work with us and several trainers all available for no charge. An example of some of the behavior we train for is housebreaking, biting, chewing, jumping, barking, anything associated with the puppy that may have a negative impact on the family and household. We believe the puppy should be a well-mannered beautiful puppy or we did not do our job and we do not deserve your referrals.
How do we know which kind of dog is right for us?
We have several staff members that have been around puppies there whole life and have pledged their life to the wellbeing of dogs and their behavior. We will meet with you and discuss the needs and desires you have concerning your newest family member. We will ask some very pointed questions as we analyze which puppy we think is right for you. We will then share with you why we choose the particular breed we did. Through communication and education we will find the correct puppy for you and your family.
How to Choose A Puppy?
Dog has always been called man’s best friend because humans and canines have lived and worked together for thousands of years. In lots of ways, dogs are like people-they enjoy company, they can communicate how they feel and they love to play too. So it’s no wonder that you would want to have a puppy of your own! A puppy can be lots of fun, but caring for one is a big responsibility and a 10-20 year (depending on the breed and care) commitment on your part. There are several questions you need to discuss before getting a puppy, so please free to come by and ask us about the breed you’re interested in and the type of care they’ll need with one of our professionals to see which dog would be the right fit for you.
What about puppy mills?
Puppy mills are deplorable places that breed puppies with no conscience. They could be a neighbor or a large facility. In either case the puppy that comes from these horrible places will be dogs with issues. We are professionals and we are qualified to screen socialization and health problems better than anyone given our profession. Buying only the highest quality puppies has kept us in business for over 30 years. We being animal lovers that have chosen this profession are of course against such cruel and unjust treatment of animals. We know our breeders and most of all they know us and what we expect. If you have any questions about our puppies please come in we will be happy to show you around.
